This Tunes Well Traveled edition actually comes by request and fits the feature perfectly. From the debut album titled “I’m About To Come Alive“, “Red Light” was the second single released February 2nd 2009 by David Nail and charted #7 on US Billboard Country. The song depicts a breakup not in the setting that the subject expects. Instead of a gloomy, storming night, reality hits our singer on a sunny day while sitting at a red light. Truth be told, I think most of life’s realizations come to us in traffic or at least in the car to somewhere.

“At a red light in the sunshine, on a Sunday
Nothin to say, don’t even try
Some are comin home, some are leavin town
While my world’s crashing down
On a Sunday in the sunshine
At a red light”
